This equipment can be used to produce the following end products:

  • Spin-On Equipment

  • Screwing of a Terminal

  • Spin-On

  • Screwing

  • Transmission

The equipment carries out the screwing of a terminal into the transmission.

The equipment consists of an aluminum structure with an inclined plane, on which the following units are applied:
– a rotating spindle with clutch unit
– an electric motor for spindle rotation
– a sliding trolley with pneumatic vice
– an electric control panel

– the equipment takes about 2 sec. to carry out the work cycle.

The operator inserts the terminal to be screwed into the spindle, while the transmission in the vice; presses the pedal to start the tightening cycle.

During the spindle rotation, the carriage advances towards it until the set stroke is completed and then returns to the starting position.

At the end of the cycle the vice opens and the spindle rotation stops.
