Machine is suitable for the production of sleeve-head rolls for both men and women.
The rolls may be made up of 1 (one) to 7 (seven) pieces each and the pieces may be sewn flat or gathered.
This machine is composed of n.2 storage areas, each of which may contain up to a maximum of 7 (seven) containers for the pieces which make up the roller, a loading device for collecting the pieces, an automatic unit for assembly of the pieces making up the roller, an automatic sewing unit which includes a sewing machine (an overlock machine with double transportation or an ordinary sewing machine with knotted stitch bobbin).
During automatic operation, the loading device collects the pieces from one storage area while the other one remains free, thus enabling the user to load the containers.
In this way, the machine works continuously and never stops. The autonomy of one storage area and its containers loaded with pieces is about 30 minutes. Only a few minutes are needed to load the containers again, and during this interval the machine continues to work picking up the pieces from the other storage area.
This timing enables the user to easily take care of two machines simultaneously.
The whole machine is handled by an electronic programmer and various data are visualized and various controls are performed by an operator’s panel with a keyboard and liquid crystal display.
MCR mod. 2005 – Automatic machine for sleeve-head rolls for assembling and sewing automatically
Technical Data
– The hourly output ranges between about 155 and 170 pairs of rolls, depending on various factors, such as the shape of the roll, the types of fabric used, the type of thread used for sewing, the type of sewing
– whether it is straight or gathered
– and so on – the programmer may memorize up to 40 programs
– the machine visualizes the sewing time for one roll, the number of cycles performed, the name of the program being run, and many other technical data.
– a sensor detects possible breakages of the thread or whether the needle in the sewing machine becomes unthreaded and, if necessary, causes the machine to stop. – all the movements of the sewing machine may be performed manually from the operator’s panel – power supply 400V 50/60 Hz
